GENERAL
You booked with n & b Luxury Villas in Canggu – Bali. These terms incorporate all the conditions below.
BOOKING
The payment of 50% when booking confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and shall be binding on the persons intending to occupy the premises. The residual amount has to be paid prior the check in, or at latest in cash at check-in.
RATES
All rates for n & b Luxury Villas are quoted in USD as a daily rate including local and government taxes.
Rates for the villa reflect the occupancy for 6 people max (+ 1 extra baby coat OR one extra bed) for Villa Deluxe and 8 people max (+ 1 extra baby coat OR one extra bed) for Villa Premium. The rates should increase in case special requests or events.
At check-in a security deposit of USD 300 (IDR 4’500’000) will be required. The total amount will be returned at check-out, unless any damage should be caused, n & b Luxury Villas will deduct the amount accordingly.
INCLUDED / NOT INCLUDED
Rates include normal use of water, costs of gas and electricity, housekeeping services of the villa.
Towels and bath matt are changed every 2 days, swimming pool towels every 3 days and bedsheets every 3 days.
Swimming pool and garden maintenance also are included.
Rates do not include excessive use of towels and bedsheets, private laundry, car and motorbike rental, food, drinks, breakfast-lunch-dinner service.
CANCELLATION
The cancellations fees are as follows:
• When a cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival the deposit will be totally refunded.
• When a cancellation occurs 10 to 30 days prior to the arrival 25% of the total amount will be charged.
• When a cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• When a cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior to the arrival, n & b Luxury Villas will charge two nights.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
General check-in time is from 3:00 pm and general check-out time is prior to 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
On arrival, guests will be asked for their passport or identity card, so that the registration can be made in accordance with the regulation. Guests will also have to fill in the registration form.
Before check-out staff will proceed to a check of the villa (30-45min) to ensure that it is handed over under the same conditions as it was at check-in.
SELF CATERING ACCOMODATION
The villa is a self-catering accommodation. However n & b Luxury Villas can provide cooking staff upon request and extra costs.
STANDARD OF ACCOMODATION
The property is a high standard of cleanliness, comfort and furnishing. A check is been made before the guests arrival to ensure all the equipment are working perfectly and that the property is given in excellent conditions.
OCCUPANCY / NUMBER OF GUESTS
The capacity of each property has been decided according to the size of the villa and facilities provided. The maximum number of guests is stated on each web page. We would ask customers to state clearly when booking the final number of all guests who will be arriving. If the maximum guests exceed the maximum capacity stated and has not been clearly agreed prior to arrival, we reserve the right to refuse extra guests. No additional guests may be added after booking unless we have been advised in advance and have agreed. If extra guests arrive at the property on or after the arrival date unexpectedly, we are within our rights to turn the guests away or make additional charge.
COMPLAINTS
Should you encounter any challenge, problem at the villa please refer to our staff who will report directly to us. A satisfactory solution will be provided in due time.
RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY
We should be advised of any breakages immediately. Please do not take away any items from the villa at the end of your stay. Any items missing will be considered as theft. Please treat the accommodation with respect. Any illicit damage will be charged for. If the guest’s behavior is found to be unacceptable, we have the right to terminate the rental immediately, without any refund.
VALUABLES
Any valuables left at the property are left at one’s own risk. Neither n & b Luxury Villas nor the staff is responsible for their loss or damage.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal details from you at booking and check-in will be used in order to complete your booking. We undertake to keep these personal details confidential.
